How to start a return

Email support@ryzewell.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with your return label and instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return being scanned by the carrier.

Shipping timelines

USA 1–3 business days (USPS), United Kingdom 1–3 (Royal Mail), Ireland 3–5 (DHL), Australia 3–5 (FedEx), New Zealand 3–6 (FedEx). Tracking is emailed within 24 hours of ordering.
